I’ve dedicated this blog to the animation books I wish I had as a resource when starting out, but there are a few core books that were available before the millennium that are still unrivaled in their value. They contain the corner stone of knowledge that every animator depends on. They’ve been reprinted time and time again for a simple reason; they’re invaluable. Therefore I’d feel like a betrayer if I didn’t start by highlighting them. For the beginning of this blog over the next few posts I’ll share with you a little bit about these books.
